Here is a necklace that I re-cycled from some older necklaces and an old vintage brooch (not that special). I had some rubber flower beads that I painted with nail paint, and I like the result. I already wore it, looks great with black lacy dress.
Vintage jewelry is great for such projects, only I love and admire that vintage stuff too much to re-use it, unless its already broken.

What a beautiful result! Could you add a photo of the back, I'd love to see how you attached all those pieces.

      Thank you martika and davyd286!
Well, the back is messy and I am ashamed of it, that is why I didnt share it :)
I should hide the wires with an identical back piece, but I did not have matching parts so I had to improvise.
Here is a video how it should be done (this lady inspired me a lot):

I think it is just beautiful. And nice to use old stuff to make new things.
Let us see more of your production.... :-)

How do you make them.. With glue? or how do you make it. ?
    7. lentilka11, 7 years ago
Thank you Helle! Glad you like it!
I rarely glue things. This was attached with a wire. Pls check this link how to do such design:

Here is one brooch that I did in Miriam Haskell style (that video above really inspired me):

It's wonderful Lentilka, and that back is so NOT messy!
      I love your brooch too.
Very clever and creative you are!

Thank you valentino97! I agree, I love to see things recycled! We live in a throwaway society nowadays, which is such a shame, if the item still can be used. That is part of why I love vintage fashion / flea markets, they give new life to old things.

racer4four, thank you! Glad you like it!!!
