Victorian uranium glass dish with rigaree

This Victorian glass dish probably once had a silverplate holder. It is made from pale yellow uranium glass with an applied rigaree. The four cornered crimped rim has a touch of opalescence & an unusual turquoise blue edge. It measures 7 cm tall & 15 cm across the top rim.
Most likely of English origin.
