World War 2 Chelsea Radio Room Brass Clock

I picked up this Chelsea Radio Room Clock at an estate sale for $50 non working, but had the wind key with the clock. It is a 6 inch clock Brass with screw off bezel. I disassembled it to confirm all parts were complete. The serial number on the clock dates it from 1940-44 but the serial number on the case dates it from 1911-15, I've always wanted a nautical clock in my collection of stuff and if it doesn't cost to much to have it serviced I think I did ok.
