A nice find at the Concord Flea Market on Sunday, a Trifari double strand brushed gold Teardrop necklace, and a Star silver and black leaf and rhinestone necklace. I went a little overboard on the price, because they were so beautiful, I tried to talk the couple down, but they wouldn't budge on the $1.00 price that they wanted for the two necklaces, so I had to dig deep for my last dollar, between my tens and twenties, that were in my pocket, it almost killed me to hand it to them! :^D
They were a really nice couple, just trying to get rid of their stuff, got a few other things too, had fun! :^)
The Trifari brushed gold necklace is 16" to the farthest reach on the clasp, and 14" at the shortest. It looks great!
The Star silver necklace is 17" to the longest and makes a nice choker at 13" shortest. It's such a beautiful necklace, the black really sets off the rhinestones, so you really don't notice the few that are missing, but could be repaired.
1st pic front, 2nd pic back, 3rd pic Trifari on hook clasp, and hanging T insignia, on the other end, 4th pic STAR on the first leaf from the hook clasp. Sorry the close ups didn't show too clear!
I don't really know too much about this costume jewelry, but these two really caught my eye. Any information is greatly appreciated!
All comments and questions welcome!
Thank you for looking! :^)
