Glass Cake Stand Turquoise & Ruffles

I only have one photo, but this cake stand is so gorgeous. It belongs to a lady I know and she thought it was Fenton, but as I look it up I was unable to find it for her. Hoping TallCakes will be so kind as to lend a hand here...I know he knows exactly what it is! I don't have the exact measurements, but it's extra large.

I also have other glass items I would love to ID TallCakes if you have some time. I promise not to bombard you too much ;)
