      tho' made during depression era this is known as Elegant Glass, as it is hand finished. Looks to be MacBeth Evans optic panel with reeded handle c1930s. here's one at Etsy:

      No, the last time that happened, Collectomaniac, was last year-- but that was just a regular ride. Before that was when going to a dig-site.
