My neighbor gave me this sweet bird for Christmas and I’m curious about it. Does anyone know who IBB is? The bird seems to be ceramic but just fired once and then painted. It’s 8” long and has wire legs and feet.

I wonder if it was painted and made at one time for a display.
Faiance comes to mind in the construction.
