Like the previous pin I posted, I think it’s small to be a hat pin but I’m not sure. I can’t tell if the engraving on it is initialing or just a design.

It's another stick pin. The letters are the initials of a wealthy Englishman who used the pin to hold his cravat in place. Have a look on one of the selling sites you will find a huge selection of designs and ages. Neil

Hi rednoel94, I have one of these pins, that my mother wore as an accent, or scarf pin. It is engraved with her initials, and has a slip lock on the pin, that holds it in place. I think she got it in the 197o-80's, from my father. :^D
I think Neil(Collectables59) is correct about the use of older ones, but the newer ones are mainly accent pins. :^)

Thanks both of you! The information you’ve given me is interesting! Do you have any idea about the age? And I’ll have to look up what a cravat is. :)
Can you tell what the initials are @Collectables59 @billretirecoll

I'll join in - I'm pretty sure the initials are AKH.

That could be, artfoot, I don't know my calligraphy! :^)

@artfoot thank you! It’s easier to see when I know what letters I’m looking for! :)
It makes me curious about the original owner. Wish I knew how old it was
