Hi, i picked this pin up. It isn't marked but the construction is kind of interesting. It's a trembler pin and many of the pieces move. Also, some of the parts are wired together. I don't know if anyone here can tell me who it's by? Thanks

I see what might be a makers name to the right of the pin, about half way down.
thank you both. it isn't a signature i don't think, the brass has these curled patterns on it. any other ideas would be much appreciated
