Another Bronze Pattern Plaque I brought at an old foundry auction many years ago. This was used to make award plaques!! Letters were added at the bottom then used as a mold. Great detail!! Horses jump right out!!! measured about 12 x10 inches.
The wife and I went to a few Polo matches at The Myopia Hunt club in Hamilton Mass years ago!! Great fun!!! All the rules were meant to protect the horses!!! Not the players!!! Rich man's sport!!! Each player had 4 or 5 horses to keep them fresh.

Beautiful polo playing plaque, the artist truly captured the match action - my brother and I were invited to attend a match yrs ago & found it very exciting!
