I am trying to get information on this time. It is kind of in worn condition. I want to know what year this is from an approximate value.

It is a metal tin and is 8 1/4 long, 4 1/2 wide, and 2 1/2 deep. Has "Boite n/o 1" on both ends of the box.
French.
Yeah, I figured it was french since it says it on the tin...
