Thomas and Blunderbus the Second will probably remember seeing these from the early 70's. It's a Scalextric slot car model of the 401 Javelin that Alabama State Troopers used in the early 70's. It was released last month and has working head/tail lights, flashing blue lights and siren. I don't have a track so I haven't tested it. Nice! A buddy of mine is a slot car freak! He has at least 500 slot cars in his collection as well as a huge layout in his basement. We often have 'races' down there. I don't think he has this one though.
I love slot cars, got my first set in '63. Raced at big tracks they had in the 60's.
