1640 Print of the Town of Sion, Switzerland

I found this old print today of a very historical town in Switzerland and it opened up a whole world of information about Medieval Europe. I've spent the whole evening reading about it. i even found a digital copy online here: <a title="Matthäus Merian

If you look closely, you can see that mine is made up of two seperate pages glued together right down the middle. I found the same on the online image, so i believe mine is an actual 1640 or 1642 print. it was in a really nasty frame, but i found a decent 19th c oak frame i'm going to put it in tomorrow.
