Taxidermy Tuesday A Mule Deer Shoulder Mount

This guy has been hanging on my wall for about 6 years and has never been posted so here goes. This is either a 4, 8 or 10 point deer depending on the system used. The west coast system only counts the points on the side that has the least points and not the 2 points in the center. The east coast system counts the points on both sides but not the center points and vestigial points. The eBay (unofficial) system counts everything that can be considered a point and that is my proffered system. It is simple so let's go with that.
Now for how to ID a mule deer is by how the antlers branch out. With a mule deer the antlers will branch out from the different points. A white tail has the antlers all come off from a main branch as seen in the last photo. Also a mule deer has big ears like a mule. A white tail has a white tail but this is not usually seen in a mount.
