21st Century Ultimate Soldier M79 Grenade Launcher (Bloop) Gunner 1990s

Ultimate Soldier figures were about $30 when they came out in the mid 1990s so I bought them like popcorn. There was a renaissance of the 12" figures back then. As far as the combination of price and details these were the best.
This one is the M79 Grenade Launcher gunner aka the Bloop gunner. It made a BLOOP sound when fired. This is a Vietnam war figure.
Ultimate Soldier figures tended to be imaginative with the accessories but not unrealistic. This one has what I think is a .357 magnum revolver and a knife which was probably not US Army issue. I think I will see if I have an extra 1911A1 .45 Pistol I can add to his weaponry. His grenade pouch is also filled with accessories such as smoke grenades.
