Flower — I was able to identify the maker of the flower brooch, after discovering that the swan logo was a Swarovski mark. So this long brooch seems to be by Swarovski.
Bugs — The dragonfly and ladybug are both by Liz Claiborne, and are marked decisively with LC in the silver tone metal of their reverse side. The dragonfly is created with both substantial gold tone and silver tone: an interesting piece of jewellery. (I have other ladybugs that I chose not to include here, because they are creations of another jewellery maker.)
Bird — This green and black enamel, marked D’Orlan bird is pave set with clear rhinestones.
1. Flower, Swarovski — 4 1/2”
2. Dragonfly & Bug, Liz Claiborne.
3. Bird, D’Orlan — 2” x 1 3/4”
I love the bird.
D’orlan...another Canadian Company. They triple plate their jewelry, highest quality out there!
Nice group!
D’Orlon — amazing quality. Thanks, Eileen.
Thank you, Mrstyndall. Difficult sometimes to find mint & vintage. This items truly glow.
Thank you, all, for the Loves on these brooches.
That would be “D’Orlan” — spell checker helping me out a little too fervently.
