This is the medical wagon I just acquired for my Blue-Gray playset. It's a repop from Classic Toy Soldier of the Marx wagon. I'm almost through with a Blue-Gray set, I've been amassing, to make it presentable to be posted hopefully next week. The last pic shows why the wagon was needed.
