1800's? Japanese silver incense burner? koro

found this antique and what I believe to be a Japanese Koro or incense burner. I didn't see any makers marks but if anyone has any information as to who the maker could have been that would be greatly appreciated. It came from an estate of a lady who was from Oregon but traveled and lived over in Asia back around 1908. It measures about 4 1/4 inches tall and weighs just under 13 ounces.
