Jump in the drop-top man. But don't be tripping. If you do, we have some ouchless Band-Aids for you. We're going to cruise to Frederick & Nelson and get some frangos.

Frederick & Nelson was a department store chain in the northwestern United States, based in Seattle, Washington. Founded in 1891 as a furniture store, it later expanded to sell other types of merchandise. The company was acquired by Marshall Field & Company in 1929.

By 1980, the Frederick & Nelson chain had expanded to 10 stores, in two states (Washington and Oregon), but the company went out of business in 1992.

    CURAD
CURAD has been known and trusted worldwide for quality products since its inception in 1951. From the earliest years, CURAD created some historic advances in first aid, including the patent for the first “Ouchless Pads” in 1960. To make bandages more “user-friendly” for generations to come, CURAD also developed the “tear-apart” wrappers on individually wrapped bandages, as well as the peel-off backing that is now an industry standard.

    FRANGO MINTS

Frangos were created by Seattle, Washington's Frederick & Nelson department store in 1918.

Frango mints are a brand of chocolate truffles first created for the Frederick & Nelson department stores. Traditionally flavored with mint and widely popularized by the Marshall Field and Company department store, they were later produced and distributed by Macy's department stores
