Trench Art-- utilitarian and decorative ware made from War detritus (waste or debris).

This example shows a very unusual form-- a Japanese Mitsubishi A6M, known as the Zero.

The plane has a tiny, detailed propeller and half bullet canopy.

Missing its ashtray or display base, I will add one to it for display once I find an appropriate piece.

My photos of my trench art-- don't copy.
