I wonder when this was produced? It's different from any others i've seen. Can anyone tell me when this one was used? Smaller than the common ones. i like the graphics and colors.

I have several (in various color combinations) but they all have a rounded top -- I don't think I've seen one with a flat lid like that either?! (how big is it, anyway??)

Not sure about the lid...but yellow should be for Kodak Kodachrome film

thanks AnythingObscure - it's 1.5 inches high and 0.75 inches across. thanks dav2no1!

Wow ho2cultcha -- that *is* a little smaller than the ones I've got, mine (and all else I've ever seen) are 2" tall and 1-1/4" across. I'd guess (but only guess) that'd make yours older than mine??

maybe one of the photography/camera buffs here can tell us what camera this size canister would be for? a young friend asked me the other day what 'camera film' was for?!! ugh! makes me feel antique!

See the very last post in this thread. It mentions kodachrome canister with flat top. Other than your pictures, I haven't seen any of these with flat tops..
