Just a paper coaster with really nice graphics - The Grasshopper with a bong etc. so it's probably for a pot club of some kind. i Just found it on the sidewalk yesterday.

Don't worry there are still 166 coffee shops left in Amsterdam today. Plenty to choose from I guess.
apparently, the grasshopper was the iconic one for many years.
