This looks like it came off a charm bracelet. Looks to be inlaid MOP [mother of pearl or abalone shell] in brass. No markings that i can see even w/ a loupe.

It's really lovely- looks so sleek and elegant, and very vintage too. I'd say it could be off a charm bracelet too and the fact that does look like Mother of Pearl alright...
