Artist: E. Leonard (seller claims pacific northwest artist Eloise Leonard but, more research needed)

I bought this last week and picked it up today. It's a photograph titled "The Visitation". It's signed by the artist, but I need to see if I can find this person to get more information.

It's up to you to interpret what you see. Maybe ghosts...aliens.. there's a dog in the lower center..there's an eyeball scratched in the wall in the lower right. The longer you stare, the stranger it gets!

I believe it's just a worn out, over painted wall of a building? Or is it really a masterpiece?
