I am trying to figure out who made this vase. It seems clearly arts and crafts in a darker green than Teco used, but in their style. There are some early Weller pieces that have similar coloring, but I have been unable to nail down the maker. Any ideas?

So this may be a Schiller and Sons piece from Czechoslavakia. Interesting. I was hoping it would be an American piece (I collect early American art pottery) as it looks similar to early Teco and Wheatley.
