Saturday Evening Scout Post Frontiersman Patrol Patch Felt 1940s

Do not recall what I paid for this but it was a bargain I am sure as it is from the 1940s. Knew it was interesting as I had not seen this patch with the coonskin cap before. Plus it is a visually interesting patch. It is felt with a thread backing. There is a later version with a plastic backing.
To back up a bit patrols are the basic block of the scouts. Usually consists of around a dozen boys. The patrol patch is worn on the right sleeve. The next unit would be the Pack for which there is number and council/city on the left sleeve,
