Motorola Pager
I found this in a box while looking for something else. This was my Motorola pager from the early 90s. Before cell phones were in everyone's pockets, we had pagers.
I bet AO has a pile of these, BUT I bet he doesn't have a leather cover! Yes..I have the leather Mercedes hat and silver Mercedes symbol chain to complete the package. It was a different time in my life..lol
Oddly enough Dave, I've *never* had a pager?! <lol> I've still got (what's left of) most of the cellphones I've ever owned plus several more, and have picked up a 1-gen 'flip phone', 'bag phone', and a 'blackberry' -- do any of those count??

Definitely credit for a bag phone! Those were popular for a very short transition period..
Whoops -- it isn't a 'flip', instead the ones with the little pull-up antenna...

I had a pager assigned to me when I worked as a maint. man at western Electric. You could never separate from it, (even on the john).
