I picked up this interesting old brooch at Goodwill. Anyone know anything about it? I’m intrigued. Thanks in advance.

Clean it gently with dish soap and a soft tooth brush - BE CAREFUL of the paint. Or just used soap and rub in in your hands. It's super dirty. Then post a new pic!

I think it's more of a Fur or Coat pin, because of how the pin has no closure.

Thanks everyone! Yes, it is plastic. I agree it’s likely painted celluloid. I don’t think it’s a fur clip either. Too delicate. The pin actually does have a small c closure also. I soaped it up in my hands, afraid even the most gentle toothbrush may cause the paint to flake off.

      The stones are glass too.
