Armstrong Glass Insulators

Following up from my Whitall-Tatum post..remember they were taken over by Armstrong.

The smaller insulator on the left is a number 2 - CD 122. Date code is 1948
The larger one is a number DP1- CD 155. Date code is 1965

READING THE ARMSTRONG CODE
On the number 2 it's stamped 62 48 after the Armstrong logo. This means mold #62, made in 1948.

THE MYSTERY SOLVED?
While posting, I noticed that one insulator says, "Armstrong" and the other says, "Armstrong’s". I looked at my older post of Armstrong’s insulators and I can see those were 1947 & 1954. So my conclusion is, that they dropped the 's, possibly in the 1960's? I have not found an explanation yet.
