Welcome to CW. Very nice collection. There is some good ones in there. It's cool that there's several with similar numbers. And some early ones. I believe California started issuing permanent plates in 1914..
It's interesting that the 1922 plate is white with blue. Here's my 23 Washington plates..they don't look it, but they are also blue and white..

Very nice collection, I have a California plate collection that was post on CW 12 years ago. How time flies.
