Hi Laura. I have the same loon but mine is blue with black mottling .Another gentleman has one the same as mine which he posted awhile back. I have two flat paperweights by the same company. Mine and the other persons are signed but to date no info on the company. Yours and mine are exact. Quality is top notch suggesting top end maker. Love the colors on yours.
Laura. Forgot to mention that mine is dated 1993 so that would be the time period from which it was made. Good luck to the both of us on finding the maker.
