Victorian blue striped satin glass small jug vase

This is a cute little piece of Victorian glass that I picked up on a excursion to Newtown.
It is made from translucent blue - green glass with light blue stripes, & has a smooth satin finish. The stripes are slightly raised.
The vase measures 15 cm tall, 5.4 cm across the diagonal cut top rim, & 4.5 cm across the base.
There is an applied clear handle.
Possibly Bohemian origin.
