Looking for info - Is this chair Empire or Victorian style? Looks like it was reupholstered maybe 50 years ago, has criss cross straps under the black fabric on the chair's underside. Carved dark wood, ornate, tufted dark red vinyl/leather surface. It's heavy. Is it a sleigh chair/rocker? Unique style (IMO), but makes it difficult to find out anything about it...
