Yes this sign has a chunk missing but it does have nice graphics. It actually has a bit trimmed off the left side also. As for the company I can't find information although I can find Two Friends Pipe Tobacco but thast is a different company. I did find a Friends Smoking Tobacco tin and it had a man smoking a pipe so it is for pipe tobacco.
Note there is a smaller version of this sign sold as a novelty. This sign is about 12" x 17".
I think I covered up the missing piece rather well.
