This is the third and last piece that came back with me from Auckland. It is similar to another vase I have posted but is just cobalt blue glass ( no black) with pieces of gold and silver leaf floated on and then when blown larger they break up into a mosaic of colour. It is hard to photograph as there is much reflection believe me when I say it looks much nicer in person.
230mm wide and 140mm high.
...AND YES, check on the sides of items, as sometimes writing is not always on the bottom. I had something clear once, and of course just looked on the bottom. Took pics and then someone noted some faint writing on the side that I never even saw !!! So sometimes those side signature are really light -- so always check
