Beautiful Weiss brooch Jenni!!
I love how they signified every deep red chaton on this piece with the use of so many prongs on that particular stone. Extra care on so many stones always signals Weiss as such a great maker.

Scott thank you for your wonderful compliment for this Weiss brooch, since it's officially the first week of Spring I felt a bright pink would be apropos, it's rare to find a vintage brooch in that particular pink color
Phil I certainly agree, Weiss was a super designer and what I love about them is the originality, as you said the small red stones with the dogtooth prongs really make the pink rhinestones pop, alot of creativity here. Thank you for your awesome praise and great observ
This brooch looks alot like a Juliana design. The pink open back stones are very beautiful and when the light goes through makes them sparkle!

DejaVu thanks also for your super kind compliment for this Weiss brooch, yes I see the Juliana comparison esp those bright pink open back stones, it reminded me of your beautiful Juliana pink wreaths :) I've been looking to get a Juliana animal but they are so costly I'll be waiting for our tax return to look seriously...if it ever comes, with all the tax bureau shakeups lol
