Hello everyone!
Another of my match holders is the mid-1800's match holder depicting what appears to be a jester. This one made of bronze and was made by E.G. Zimmerman of Hanau, Germany. Not one of my better match holders, but still a nicely detailed piece. The base serves as the striker plate for the matches. This one measures 3 1/4" tall, 3 1/2" wide and 2 1/2" deep.
Thanks very much for taking the time to stop in for a look!!
