Small Victorian cased green glass vase with enamel decoration

Here is a charming small Victorian glass vase that resembles its larger sibling, the familiar opaline “mantel vase”.
This one is made from two layers of cased glass, deep green over a pale blue interior. It measure 11.3 cm tall, 3.5 cam across the top rim, & 4.5 cm across the base. There is white enamel decoration of flowers.
Most likely Bohemian origin, late 19th century.
