I was checking out the new shoots in the Aloe Vera today and found a couple of different ones!!
Well maybe not I belive these are probably John Walsh Walsh Victorian thorn vases, and after seing a few of Marin's garden pictures I knew where I should photograph these little beasties.
They stand about 175mm high and as is common with these type of vases the feet have quite a few chips and the odd thorn isn't quite so spiky anymore but at NZ$24 for the pair they came home with me.
Last photo is Blue she was busy helping me......ie bumping my hand everytime I tried to take a picky :)
Lovely pair of thorn vases amid the greenery - lucky you, it's winter white with snow here. Pretty Blue wanting to get in on the action :)

The Aloe Vera look like a garden forest and look the perfect place to hide these glass beautes, Awesome !~
