I assume this is Welz although I can't find this shape. It is 21cm./8.25" tall with a rough snapped pontil mark.

Thanks Deano, I didn't expect it to be uranium glass.
I am not familiar with the exact shape, but a couple of aesthetic details would make me surprised if it was not Welz. Nice find.
I went through my archives of shape images, and this same shape, without the ribbing (something Welz used a lot) can be found as a pitcher/ewer in a different decor.
