Just arrived from across the pond, a stunning little vase by Loetz. This decor, with green oil spots over a light blue ground, is generally referred to as collectors as "Diana". The last photo shows the form number as indicated in Loetz Boehmisches Glas, 1880-1940, Band 2 - Musterschnitte (pattern cuts). Note the color of the interior glass and the two applied handles. Also pay attention to the shade of green used in on the oil spot "Cisele" finish.
