These are nice pieces, I believe these were made by Indians in the southwest, USA/Fred Harvey pieces, most of them, any ideas on them? 2 have tags depicting 1920s and 1930s, and one is costume jewelry, they won't fit my wrist :) should I shine them?

No, don't polish the sterling. It ruins the value. You got it right, Fred Harvey pieces and others from the same era

Stillwater is totally right! I had a fh cuff that was so dark and I polished the sterling showed it to a owner of Native Amer jewelry store and she said dont do that again thats part of the charm and they look better dark.
