Hi i'm trying to get some information on this Marx electric train set.year of manufacture or any other information would be greatly appreciated. The set looks complete, very little wear. paint is all very nice on every car and it appears that this set was a freight train or the coach cars could be used for a passenger train.

What is the set number on the side of the box...2072 or some other number? The set number helps narrow down the year made.

I have one very similar and I received it as a gift about 1957. I still have it.
