    I really have no idea who made this but I like the Art Nouveau design which is raised / moulded. 9 inches high.
    Sort of a silberiris finish on green glass.

      Whoa. I want, I want. Decidedly German/Bohemian Jugendstil design. The laurel wreath motif was quite popular in Vienna, and I've seen it on a few Loetz mounts. I don't think this is Loetz, though...particularly with that mid-case columnar color/iridescence change.
