My first Welz trophy vase!
Made from three layers of cased glass, clear over pink swirling stripes with a white interior, it measures 17 cm tall, 4.2 cm across the top rim, & 7.3 cm across the base.
There are two clear applied bumpy handles.
This pink stripe is one of my favourite Welz decors & I'm thrilled with this vase, which is in perfect condition.
Beautiful welz-- it found a great home!!

Many thanks, Scott!
In my opinion Welz made some of the very best pink glass...I think I'm going to set up a Welz pink grouping sometime soon...
This decor is in the Harrach Museum. I own many pieces in these colors as well as other stripe colors. I have 2 in this shape as well. I had always thought Welz also until I learned more on Harrach, Museum pieces and what was in the Harrach depository.
I love it, Marin! A beautiful example. And definitely Welz. SunshineGlass, sadly, I know about the spreading of misinformation about Welz being Harrach….and actually, quite a few other maker’s work is in the Harrach repository; they collected other work as examples. It is not all their own.
I have never seen anything quite like this! A real beauty!!!
SunshineGlass, I recall you commenting on some of my posts a while back, & asking me about being on Facebook, of which I do not partake. I notice you haven't as yet posted any of your collection here...including these many pieces of striped glass that you own...
Many thanks & much appreciated, Michelle!
Thanks also, vintagelamp! I'm super happy with this one, my first in this shape.
These vases come in many decors, I can recommend having a look at Peggy's (sklo42) posts as she has a very fine & varied selection of trophy vases in her outstanding collection of art glass.
