My latest Loetz arrived today, and I am happy to be able to share it! It is a footed Loetz candia mit cobalt silberiris rim, foot and three flower prunts. It is marked on the base with the Loetz oval mark, so was produced after 1918 in the art deco period. I have not found a PN for this vase, and believe it is one of the missing patterns. The flower prunts are not seen very often - I think the butterfly prunts are a bit more common. This vase is just under 7" (17.8cm) tall by 4" (10.1cm) across. It is highly iridescent, which made it a bit difficult to photograph. I love the combination of the blue and gold!
Love the colours on this one!
Thank you BHIFOS, I appreciate it! :)
What a beauty, Michelle. As you know I love iridescence but this is exceptional!!!
Thank you Peggy! I am very pleased with it - it honestly looks even nicer in person; my camera skills on the bright iridescence weren't terrific on this one. :)
Very nice, Michelle..congratulations…:-)
Thank you times two to you, Penny! :)
See you 1908, PN II 6322.
Thanks so much, Loetzforever! I really appreciate your help! :)
