Got a call from my friend Mike, that he had saw this old girl at a garage sale. She was in a few pieces, and had a sign on it to make offer. After talking to the lady running the sale, I was told that no one had made any offers, although there were lots of lookers. She then pointed me to another lady who had to call her husband, as I had asked what kind of money they were looking to get out of it. Anyhow,, I got the bike and returned to work before I was missed. I put it back together and added some new, old tires that I had laying around. Need a couple parts yet but she is presentable.

Nice find! I rarely find bikes this old at garage sales here in Houston.
Nice pre-war bike! Love the skirt guard... I'm sure you'll find that tail light and pedal. Maybe try Memory Lane... Thanks for sharing it!
Thanks, officialfuel, DavesCoolStuff, toolate2, kerry10456, and Hunter. I have had luck in the past at garage sales simply by asking. I will have to check with Memory Lane, as I need parts for a couple other bikes too.
Thanks gargoylecollector, trunkman, and packrat-place.
Thanks much eye4beauty. Funny how some people think that no one would be interested and just throw it out.
