This a new addition to my treasure trove of Deco Opal bead necklace that is set with 18k or 750 balls with a 750 or 18k Rose Gold clasp. The Fire Opal beads measure 4mm each. This necklace measures 23 inches in length and is in wonderful condition...

AmberRose, me too...after I got the first Opal bead necklace ...I was done in! this one is almost 2 times bigger than the first one...and I am dreaming of more to come...let me know if you see any...I may buy them off of you :))
Stunning!..
Good luck in getting them away from me! ; ))
Agram.m thank you for your loving and comments!
AmberRose, it would be fun to duke it out with you :) I can't wait to meet you!!!!
Newtimes, thank you for all your loving!!!
You have a lovely collection!!! I am following you and I look forward to seeing some more of your posts!!
BHock45, I just posted some new pieces that you might like! All of you wonderful Followers are my inspiration to post more :) Thank you!!!!!
What would you use ropes of them for AmberRose, To tie Sean down while you rummage through his honey hole at the GW. LOL sorry Moonstonelover had to use the opportunity while I had it. On a different note, I could not pass up looking at this stunning opal necklace. I love opals and the wife has many. I have a faceted loose stone waiting to be made into a mans ring. The faceted opals have always been a favorite since they normally create cabachons out of them.
JayHow, OMG you are Funny!!! Opal ropes would be too delicate for Sean! He is too MANLY! I would use Platinum ropes with padded fur on them for him :0 And drape Sean with Ropes of Fiery Opals :) LMAO he might like that:)
I have never owned faceted Opals before..since only the newer jewelry use them and I am into OLD pieces. You and your wife have good taste!
JayHow, Then I would rummage through his wonderful pieces and have fun with AmberRose!!!
birdie, thanks for the loving :)
Checkmate Moonstonelover. You nailed that one, why don't we ask him...;) I Loved your response. You reminded me why I love this site so much. It's just as much for the people as it is the learning and the collections. Thank You for the wonderful and flattering comments. Would you know the first year or approximately what year it was that Faceted Opals came onto the market? That was something I did not know. Not that I thought it was old to begin with, it was something I bought 5 or 6 years ago because of the sale price. I will see if I can get some decent pictures of it in the near future, as it is still a beautiful gem. Thanks for the laugh at Seans expense, I can't wait to hear HIS response as I know my clever and wity buddy will...LOL Let alone when AmberRose catches wind of it and chimes in with her opinion on the subject. Could get interesting. :)
JayHow, LMAO, I think I will duck for cover on Sean's :0 Or go back to another collectors site with another handle. And AmberRose is going to laugh :) Just let me know if you have extra Platinum chains I can borrow....I have the fur :0! They faceted Opals about 10 to 20 years ago. They used Faux Opals to facet in the Retro Era. That's all I know...one time a dealer tried to sell me this fantastic set of Deco Faceted Moonstones...
And the stones were replaced with new ones that were freshly made. I almost fell for it....and lost a lot of money....
Stunning and very beautiful:) Thankyou the beautiful comments:) WINK;)
BELLIN68, thank you for all your loving and leaving skin on my back :)
