    I'm not sure who the creator.
    It may be the manufacturer: Franz Welz or Rückl or C. Hosch or Loetz or Haida (?)
    It may be a glass painter: Karel Palda and Powolny (?)
    Bottle with a painted elephant: a paper label Gebrüder Rachmann

      1st pic number 1 looks like Palda but could also be Hosch or Haida. 2nd pic number 3 looks like Ruckl lamp stand B175/243 (ref: Truitt "Collectible Bohemian Glass Vol II") but the exact name for this décor is the subject of some discussion.
      I think you will have some learned information from this forum, as I am finding.
