Today was the day to lift the P-51 on top of the pole and make it come alive again. It fit perfectly and looks better than we ever imagined. To fit this awesome plane in with all of the Petroliania memobibilia seems like the perfect fit. It all seems to have a synergistic effect on all that surrounds it.
The fact that we were so fortunate as to purchase this beautiful plane from the estate of a highly honored veteran who earned 5 Purple Hearts, one Silver metal and one Bronze metal only adds to the excitement of our latest "find". Now all we have to do is find a 4' Flying A embossed sign to put beneath it and we are set to go!!! Isn't America Great!!!! Yep! We have one of those too! A bright red Convertable Cobra with all the cobra R and Shelby additions! 550hp at the R wheels. Since we don't dare go fast we just take rides down the interstate and get off on every off ramp so we can get right back on and go zero to 80 as fast as we can get there!!!???????????? Old people know how to have fun!
